Key Responsibilities:

This new role is an exceptional opportunity for a sales and hospitality professional to lead and take this Barossa showpiece to a new level of luxury consumer experience. 

To succeed in this role, you will be a proven, success-driven, sales and hospitality professional who enjoys building relationships, managing people and communicating and achieving excellence. Reporting to the company’s General Manager, this is a hands-on executive management role whose key responsibilities will include: overseeing all site hospitality areas and planned upgrades, developing a new level of customer experience at the site; managing the cellar door and wine club staff and sales; hosting VIP wine tastings and member events. You will develop and maintain effective communication with key opinion-makers both locally, and among national Australian wine and tourism media.


You will need at least five years’ management experience in premium hospitality or hospitality-based sales management, excellent personal presentation and communication skills, together with a sound knowledge of wine. Your expertise will make you a senior executive member of the company’s close-knit management team.

An attractive salary package, including vehicle allowance, a performance-based bonus (and relocation costs, as appropriate) will be offered to the preferred candidate.
