JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Managing Director – ANZ, our inaugural National Sales Manager will be an integral component of the Paradoxe Beverages organisation. The incumbent’s purpose is to achieve total sales volume and value targets as built into the annual budget – with specific and direct responsibility for the national key accounts and national/state independent banner groups. The National Sales Manager will also manage (in the first instance) two direct reports, being one Account Manager in each of Sydney and Melbourne.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
• Extensive experience in key account management with a good understanding of the culture, business philosophies, systems, procedures and ways of working of the national key accounts.
• Proven ability in developing joint business plans, negotiating successful outcomes with trade customers, achieving commercial targets and building long-term business relationships to optimise the customer and consumer experience.
• A confident hands-on leader and team player with excellent motivational skills.
• Confidence, humility, integrity, respect, pride, passion and accountability.
• Driven by curiosity and embraces ambiguity.
