Senior Winemaker – Bunnamagoo Estate Wines
JOB DESCRIPTION
Bunnamagoo Estate is synonymous with the best of modern Mudgee winemaking, across a range of both traditional and “emerging” grape varieties and wine styles. Owned by the renowned Paspaley family, Bunnamagoo has an effective, contemporary approach to integrating wine sales with consumer-relevant experiences. Its award-winning cellar door has been a key component of Mudgee’s emergence in recent years as NSW’s top tourist town.

Trade sales are via the company’s own sales team.
The modern, very well equipped winery currently has a crush capacity of approx. 950t. This facility handles Bunnamagoo estate-grown fruit as well as some processing for other regional producers.
